SRS Acquisition Corporation Announces Entrance into Oklahoma and Expansion to North Chicago with two new locations in Oklahoma City, OK and Schaumburg, IL.
SRS Acquisition Corporation (“SRS” or “the Company”) announced today that it is opening two new locations this week. The first is another Wilson Wholesale location in metro Chicago to better service the North Chicago market. Located in Schaumburg, IL, it will complement our existing Naperville location which is south and west of Chicago. In addition, SRS is also opening a facility in Oklahoma City under the Southern Shingles banner. Both locations are set to open this week and will carry a full line of residential and commercial roofing products. The Schaumburg location will service the entire Northern Chicago and Southern Wisconsin corridor and the Oklahoma City location will service central Oklahoma.
In addition, SRS is proud to announce the promotion of two branch managers from within our organization to lead these facilities. Kevin Clinge, who has worked for Wilson Wholesale in Chicago for 23 years, will be the branch manager of the new Schaumburg location and he will report directly to Bill Wilson. Mr. Clinge has performed many duties and worn many hats for Wilson. He spent 21 years in the North Chicago market and brings the relationships and experience necessary to provide great customer service for the contractors in that region. Additionally, Rob Ross has been promoted from his assistant branch manager role in Keller, TX to become the new branch manager for the Oklahoma City location and will report directly to Greg Robinson. Mr. Ross entered SRS’ management training program after spending time as a pilot after college and has been very successful in roles in both outside sales and as an assistant manager. He has the passion, tenacity, people skills and work ethic to bring a fresh perspective to customer service in the Oklahoma market.
